your pain has a story

Healing starts with listening

To build a clearer picture we need to look beyond just the site of pain. The body is remarkably good at adapting— compensating for an old injury, a habit, a pattern of overuse—and reorganising itself to keep us moving. By listening to your story, the way you move, don’t move, where you load, how you rest, we can map out what has changed over time and understand what is going on and why things aren’t getting better.
